Befriend Hounds much like spiders? code?

Alright. 

So Im new to the modding community and I have this character who is part dog. Ive been wanting to add some sort of webber mechanic to him but with hounds instead of spiders. 

Hounds dont attack you and if you feed them meat, then they become loyal to you (loyal like the hounds when you blew the whistle in the year of the warg event).

Im just really struggling to input this sort of code into the character and would greatly appreciate some help!
