Need help with character mod

Any help would be greatly appreciated and tutorials that would help me would be nice,  the extended sample character tutorial isn't helping with the coding part

I want to make a character based off wolfgangs perks but I want it based off his health than hunger alone (Low heath = mighty)

I also want a small health regeneration on his mighty level and an out of combat dapperness

A combat aura based on wigfred's heal on kill (things die near him he gains a bit of HP and sanity)
