Some insanity suggestions

I saw in the new update, that when you have low sanity, your screen start to shake, rabbits become dark, and looks like you're in a nightmare.I think that would be a good addition, if you see the pigs like a half werewolf, or just some changes on their body, to have a evil appearance.The trees should looks like have arms, making some reference to the tree guardian.btw i think when you are getting crazy, all things must change their appearance, to cause panic sensation.If when you have low insanity, everything was really scary, it will be awesome.
