There's a recent mod that was released on Steam that will have the effects you're after. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1383795736&searchtext= The crown item she uses has the effect you're looking for. You can subscribe, launch your game, and it'll download the file to your computer. As I am away from my personal computer I'm unable to look at the file or the Don't Starve files myself right now, but that should be a good starting point.
