[Study]Pacu Omelettes or Mushrooms? Lets find out!

Recommended Posts

[Please check and correct my math if necessary]

Is it more cost effective (slime) to grow mushrooms for fried mushrooms,
or distill the slime into algae for Pacu omelettes?

Mushrooms:        4Kg slime/cycle
Pacu:                   140Kg algae/cycle [420Kg slime/cycle]

Fried Mushroom:  2800kcal/7.5cycle   OR 373.33kcal/cycle
Pacu Omlette:      2800kcal/1.49cycle OR 1879.19kcal/cycle

Fried Mushroom:  30Kg slime/2800kcal
Pacu Omlette:      208.6Kg slime/2800kcal

Fried Mushroom:  2.68/dupe/cycle OR 10.72Kg slime/dupe/cycle  [Please check my math]
Pacu Omlette:      .53/dupe/cycle   OR  222.6Kg slime/dup/cycle   [Please check my math]

Labor:Mushrooms
Mine Slime
Fertilize mushrooms
Harvets mushrooms
Cook mushrooms

Labor:Omelete
Mine slime
Distill slime
Feed Pacu
Harvest egg
Cook egg

Results
Fried Mushroom: Less labor  [save 211.88Kg slime/dupe/cycle]
Pacu Omlete:       More labor [+148.4Kg PH2O/dupe/cycle]
[WARNING: 1 Algae Distiller can produce enough algae for ~0.86pacu/cycle]

Notes
You will need to sustain ~7dupes (~4pacu) with omletes to run 1 electrolyzer full time

Answer
Fried Mushroom

Other
Algae Distiller: 600g/s Slime -> 200g/s Algae / 400g/s PH2O

EDIT:Caught some embarrassing mistakes, have edited what I could, do you guys agree or disagree with this study?

Also check this out!

Out of curiosity, how much dupe time does each task take? Like how many mushrooms can 1 master farmer devoted to mushrooms consistently farm? How many fried dusk caps or omelets could a chef devoted to that make in a day?

I want to figure out how much food is made after subtracting a fraction of the food that each dupe making this would have to eat, proportional to the amount of time per day they are devoted to this, and also add on the cost of water for the 02 that each of the dupes would breath for their fraction of the day devoted to this.
