Buying DST for PC through Amazon

Well I tried to find it on Amazon, and I had it 2 days ago, but it was yanked just before I could purchase it. Finally got an answer as to why, the licensing agreement with Amazon for the sale of steam codes for DST has run out. They still sell DS codes though. Basically I am writing to see if any of the people here can tell me if it will be back on Amazon, and also if the license is through Klei or would that be through Steam because it was a Steam code. Before I get asked, I want to buy it through Amazon because Amazon gave me $15 dollars for playing games through the Amazon app store, but I can only use the money on things actually sold by Amazon, which is digital content (apps, Prime, certain digital copies of games including DST and DS), or Amazon devices basically.
