I like the thought that maxed level jobs should have more benefits, considering how hard it is to keep them happy with their decor and food requirements, but more wheezeworts is a poor idea.

Wheezeworts are a rare and limited resource for a reason. A better solution would be a boost to their base abilities, like more food per plant harvested on top of the micronutrients bonus, or some way to turn seeds into food.
