Mach26
Hello everybody. This is my first post here, but I have been following the forum for a long time. I learn a lot about the game from you guys, so thank you all. I want to bring your attention to something I found odd. I think Metal Refinery filled with polluted water as coolant, produces way too much polluted oxygen than polluted water somewhere else (gamepedia is down right now, i cannot give you the numbers). As you can see from the screen shots I placed this refinery between my energy production room (completely closed) and polluted water pool. After some time i realized there was too much polluted oxygen so I put an air deodorizer. After I produce a few tons of refined metal, I left it there as it is, and focused on a swamp biom on the other side of my base. After a while I realized that there was a lot of oxygen on the right side of my base. I know I do not have waterlock in my base and polluted oxygen pool. They might affect the o2 build up on the area, but if the animation (polluted oxygen bubble) correctly represent the production, it is like non-stop polluted oxygen production coming from the refinery and I believe, it is the main source of the oxygen in the area.
