I feel like something this game could use is a way to quickly transport items rather than having dupes carry them everywhere. Maybe even able to directly place them in storage. Another issue I ran into is creating battery banks and setting them up to store during the day and emit at night. The automation portion is easy enough, but there is no easy way to isolate the batteries to charge them while still using the generators to power the rest of the grid. Maybe a Diode sort of block would work?

Power transformer act as a diode, also you can use automation power shutoff to split grids.
