Skill System Issues

I have a few issues with the skill system.

1. Dupes with higher learning automatically learn things faster, making them too strong for the long run. It makes the most sense to just take highly skilled learners first and they will eventually be better in every way than taking anyone else. This isn't right. Learning should not affect athletics, creativity.

2. Currently there is no way to "train" your dupes other than to have them just do the things you'd like them to get better at. Training your dupes should be a specific goal you work towards instead of them all just getting good at athletics because over time they're running everywhere all the time anyway. They should create new buildings to strength train, and buildings tied to skills should have "practice" settings. The research center should be able to be set to "train dupe", same with the cooking mushers, paintings/sculptures, the manual generator, OR they could create another branch of buildings that train your dupes. I think they need to cut back the gains people get from doing the skill, and make buildings that give them the current level of gains.

3. Why do highly athletic dupes slide down fire poles faster? Makes no sense...
