Plastic Tempshift Plate

I wasn't sure whether this was a bug or not, but I want to suggest we should be able to build tempshift plates out of plastic.

 

I find it inconsistent that you can't build everything out of plastic which we use so much in real life anyway, but tempshift plates are so obviously powerful for conserving metals for working with colder and 'dupe friendly' temperatures while not being a cure-all. While being contrasted with such bizarre 'other choices' we could make.

 

Other feedback as I'm here. Loving the game after the automation update, took a break for the oil update. But automation has really brought more out of all the other systems in the game. Really feeling the lack of metal with this update but I've always noticed that anyway. The wires tiering really makes circuits feel more comfortable to use and I appreciate the point of it is to prevent one big blog of power in and out everywhere. I do generally find it inconsistent that dupes can get faster but not stronger and would almost prefer neither, but would suggest both though this isn't as obvious most of the time.
