Even if you make a custom match and add in the description that you want experienced players brand new players will join. Competitive players want to get the difficult achievements but at the moment not possible as anyone can join. This happens in password protected servers as well. Currently password protected servers are being made so that "quick match" doesn't place random players in your server, so you have to add the password in the description or title, yet even new players will join leaving you the option to start the match as is.
