Also, if you really think this is a bug in the game, we do have a dedicated Oxygen Not Included Bug Tracker section in the forums for people to post bugs that they found. Head over there with a screenshot of your base and if you're up to it, attaching your own save file so others can check it out and probably diagnose the issue to see if it actually a bug with the game.
