Radiation biome & research changes

Hi there!

Just started playing the game, and having a blast so far. Now, this has probably been suggested before, but how about a radiation biome? Special material could be U-235 (Uranium isotope). New buildings could be nuclear reactor and radiation shielding. New externality could be nuclear waste, and new hazards could be radiation sickness and irradiated water. 

Also, I'm a bit dismayed about how the entire research tree can be finished within the first 20 cycles or so. After this, there's no point to either research station. I hope that in future, different techs require the collection of special ingredients related to the tech as well (For example, requiring a pincha pepper seed to research pincha pepper as a plantable crop, or a sample of bleach stone to be able to research hand sanitizers), that the supercomputer comes later in the tech tree, and that research is slower.
