Sling mod request

I know people have been requesting and creating bow and arrow mods as a cheaper version of the blow dart gun, but instead how about a sling mod? It would have to be a fairly simple Item to craft, that launches stones (whether the stones would be included in the recipe, and the sling would have limited ammo, or they would be kept separate is up for discussion). Since it such a simple item, I feel that it would deal minimal damage and perhaps it's main use would be to apply a short stun. If you wanted to make the weapon more complex, you could use different ammunition for different effects, such as charcoal for fire, but with a 25% chance of burning yourself instead of the intended target. I just felt that a sling would be not only a more simple weapon than a bow, but also more practical. In real life they aren't too hard to make, and are fairly easy to get good with after a little bit of practice.
