Problem with autocompiler

Hi there,

I'm new to moding and i decided to give it a go. I followed this tutorial :

But i can't get the game or the autocompiler to create any files in the anim folder.

I get this error :

.... scml.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

 

I checked my mod_tools folder and there is no scml.exe file in there, nor can i copy one, says i need permission do perform this action :s

I checked my own mod_tools folder and I had an scml.exe in there. You should probably try reinstalling your mod tools.

Well i tried ... luckily it runs on my laptop so i can continue my attempt there.
