Is it possible to add text for mod setting in game?

So this is my first mod that I made called "Server Announcement" in the workshop. I want to know if it is possible to add like text input in the mod settings in game? Currently if you want to make custom messages, you currently need to edit it in the modoverrides.lua file. So just wondering if a text box is possible in mod settings to make life easier for players.
