Could i have help with some perks for a friend please?

I have been making a custom character with a friend for her Sona recently.
We got everything working so far and even her sprites are fine and dandy.
Tho now i already tried a few things to write in the perks and trade offs she wants to have, but this is exactly where my knowledge ends.

Pros so far she wants:
As a fennec she is immune to the heat and cold.
She is usually already rather agile, tho the more sanity she lost, the faster she gets.
As an animal she wants every animal except those buffalos and dragons(?) to be neutral to her as long as she doesn't attack.
Can eat monster meat like normal meat without any problems.
Can catch smaller animals by hand, as she can sneak up on them.

Cons she wants as a trade off:
She is already more afraid of the dark. It should drain her sanity quicker, also making her rather slow if she does not see a thing in the dark. (Not near a fire, just in the pitch black.)
Buffalos do not like her, as she is a carnivore usually.
Is more slower as more soaked her fur gets from the rain. 

 

I guess i can get the usually rather agile thingy by myself already. 
Also the basic stats with health and damage is probably something i can do, but the mentioned above as perks?
My knowledge is no use there anymore.

Surely not every perk has to be possible. Just what she wants to happen to her Character.

Should we be able to pull this off exactly how she wants it, she will upload her fennec as a playble character for Don't Starve Together also for others to enjoy.
