Obviously Would'nt be one you would want to use early on, but once you have a geyser contained and controlled, being able to use the water from that and putting it into a generator that produce power by using running water seems like it be pretty nifty to have. Agreed but still would make sense to me, I mean its not even like it's advanced technology, plus I'm sure klei could find some clever way to make useful but still a pain to have to use.
