Subscribed to MODs but it is not showing in my MOD screen

I have 2 PC. 1 PC is running fine with all the mods viewable. But my another PC has a problem viewing the subscribed mods when I try to set my mods in the mod screen. so, it causes me to unable to use my client mods in that PC.

I hope someone can enlighten me on this problem. I have checked in the discussion and forums for solution but I still couldn't find one. 

What I had tried: 
1. Unsubscribe all mods and resubscribe.
2. Copy paste the mods from the PC that can view the mod to the one that can't view the mod ...\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\client_save\mod_config_data
3. Trying to use a different steam account that has DST.
4. Reinstalling the game

What I have found:
1. The PC managed to download server mods that are used in the server that the PC is trying to join. (tried global position mod)

Mods aren't normally in the Documents folder you mentioned. You should instead go to C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > Steamapps > Common > Don't Starve Together > mods.
