Hey guys i really need your help over here i have been modding for like a week or so and is new to the DST community i had played DS with ROG but have never played SW (really wished i could) ok, that aside now, i had made a mod to help me survive since DST is harder than DS from what i have learnt, so i made this hard hitter and fast character (stronger than wolf gang but 100 hunger and depletes FAST with 350 health too) i used the DST template since DS and DST is different as coding goes, so i used the template (esctemplate) and coded everything and then give it the design in-game with my quick paint an the big portrait with my quick paint too..... with my textool, i converted it, it worked fine and then i noticed that the art is bad and the avatar and inspect self needs re worked so, i worked on that and came up in a pretty desireable thing (from 15 minutes of recoloring and stuffs) i will attach it the old and the new one which is crashing all the time, so can anyone help me? im sure the problem is because of the images im using the TexCreator on the settings:

Pixel Format : DXT5

Texture type :2D

Mipmap resize filter : Default

generate mipmap : on

Pre multiply alpah : on

if u dont want to help me by re making the .tex (s) then, just comment on what i did wrong on the TexCreator and thanks in advance

Hmmm everything seems in order. My game doesn't crash even with the "New Wil mod" that you supposedly said would crash the game. I noticed that the mod hasn't been compiled when I started the game, so maybe that's why. If you are using Windows have you installed the "Don't Starve Mod Tools"? It lets you compile your mod so that it works when used in the game.

Anyway I noticed something else, you were missing some codes in the "wil_none.xml" under the "bigportraits" folder.

In DST, for your portrait to show when you're selecting your clothes etc... You need to add "_oval" so it becomes this:

<Atlas><Texture filename="wil_none.tex" /><Elements><Element name="wil_none_oval.tex" u1="0.0" u2="0.546875" v1="0.296875" v2="1.0" /></Elements></Atlas>

Here's the file after it's been compiled:

Good Luck! :)
