Arcanecast Posted March 19, 2017 Share Posted March 19, 2017 After having played about 10 hours of this game I've noticed that the duplicants don't seem to always follow priorities. Sometimes they do but other times they would rather perform a task rated at 5 while ignoring something rated at 9 even though it is in their power to complete said task. For example I had a colony die out because they would rather paint paintings and do sculptures rated at 5 rather then fuel a coal generator rated at 9(I had plenty of coal). Another example I found was that I had some electrical wires rated at 9 and the only way I could get the duplicants to build them was by erasing the task and reordering it. I think the duplicants need to take the Priorities more seriously or it just needs reworked.
