New feature suggestion: Building complexety

When building buildings today, you can choose different types of resources for your item been built. Each resource with a different property. But how about this? Building a building that needs more types of resources? Like you need to choose a material for the body, and one for the stuff inside.

For example. A coal furnace needs two resources. The player can choose whether the first resource should be copper, iron, or obsidian (hull) and the second resource to be copper or gold (the wiring inside the furnace).  Choosing Iron as hull giving the furnace a higher melting point, and choosing gold gives it better conduit properties.

We could take it even future in that example and add a third resource to the furnace, that could be the heat-sink. Choosing copper as the resource will give the furnace a good bonus when it tries to get ride of its heat.
