A few things I wanted to mention: Storage tanks, which have been talked about, I agree they would be nice. Perhaps of varying sizes so that liquids could be stored, pumped and stored at upper levels and to prevent contamination. Gravity piping would be also ideal with floor drain tiles. Also a drilling rig with a valve giving you the ability to drill into toxic or high pressure locations then plumb from the valve. This would add the ability for geothermal applications for both energy and heating/cooling. As an added bonus the ability to place a “Do Not Enter” sign to prevent workers from entering toxic locations or from gathering water from where I don’t want them to.
