Printing Pod Diversity

In reading another suggestion about the printing pod, came up with this idea.

Currently all of our dupes are human. However, there could be a random chance of the printing pod being contaminated with other DNA from the asteroid (like The Fly starring Jeff Goldblum). This would give new species options for our dupes.

Morbling - Half man, half morb. This odd creature thrives in chlorine gas but is possibly the worst farter of all times. He'll be a huge asset in helping you filter out gas from your base and make digging through chlorine less dangerous, but he'll be crop dusting your entire colony the whole time. And once the chlorine runs out he suffocates.

Hatchling - Half man, half hatch: This weirdo eats anything that isn't in a storage locker so you won't have to worry about keeping him fed in mushbars and meal lice. He will however, be dropping deuces all over the place. He's a good source of coal, but is also a liability on digs when materials are scarce (like algae or sand).

Puftling - Half man, half puft: This guy is a perfect roommate for any Morbling as long as the farts keep coming. He has the same hygiene issue as the hatchling - a tendency to drop the deuce anywhere and everywhere. Suffocates once contaminated oxygen runs out.

These guys would be rarer, but would add a fun element for you to create a separate alien base with all of your bad gas pumped out. In a way it's a mechanic that would make you have to sustain two separate bases that are co-dependent on each other. If one dies off, the other could die off as a result.
