liquid/gas valves not working as intended/ Electricity from coal/hydrogen generators need to automatically shut off

The biggest problem I have with this game so far is that the gas and liquid valves do not work properly this is really bad because it wastes tons of water on the air scrubber and electrolizer. When installing a liquid valve, it correctly lessens the water amount, but all the water that was held back suddenly dissapears. The water does not build up in the pipe as it should.

As for the gas valve, it simply does not work at all.

Another problem is in electricity management. It would be very useful to have some kind of automated process that automatically shuts off the Hydrogen Generator and the Coal generator when all the batteries are full. This prevents wasting massive amounts of coal and hydrogen pumping energy into nothing. If this process is not automatically done when the generator is built, the player should at least have the option to build something that automates power regulation.
