Request Material - Priority 10

Suggestion 1: How many times have you sat there and had your buildings do nothing because it is "awaiting material delivery"  This has probably been suggested but can we get a request material function.  Simply click the building and click requester material and it because priority 10, and any dupes that are set to deliver will immediately stop what they are doing and run to fix it.  if this has been suggested already, I apologize, there are so many pages of suggestions.

 

Suggestion 2: Ration priority for food, if you have a dupe who is starving and they cant cook, they are going to die.  Lets face it.  The other dupes will not care that they are moments away from death.  We need a system that will prioritize food delivery to the dupes that are the hungriest.  I have had a few dupes die just because they either couldn't get to the food fast enough, or just did not seem to care.
