Helium pitches dups voice :D

If/when Helium gets added to the game I would love if when a dupe goes into a helium cloud and breaths in some then the dups voice would be pitched :D

I don't think it's so hard to do, depends on what level of audio control are available in the code.

In worst case it's possible to take the audio files, pitch them manually in for example Audacity and then just use a boolean/int/float to check if they have breathed in helium and possibly how much and then using their oxygen consumption value to determine how long time the helium sound would play.
