Framerate drops in Prioritize overlay

So, I have a pretty spacious colony, and pretty grand plans for its expansion (even though people are literally drowning in their own **** at the moment), so when I open the "Prioritize" overlay, the framerate drops pretty significantly (from 60 to 15 and worse). 

I will attach my DxDiag file to this post, so you can see my system specs if needed. 

Also, after a long planning session in priority queue, the game sometimes freezes for a few seconds, the duration of the freeze is proportional to amount of things added during planning.

I think the issue is that they dont keep the priorities stored locally, but instead is requested everytime you open the overlay, so the game has to keep reading the priorities of each object every the overlay is presented.
