SubProgram32 Posted March 7, 2017 Share Posted March 7, 2017 So, everyone who has played this game for any length of time will know the point when the base is doomed. Some keep fighting until the literal last breath, but I suspect most don't want to keep plugging holes in a ship already full of (contaminated) water. So why not instead have a way to cleanly say goodbye to your doomed base, and destroy it all in one fell swoop? Just have a device, perhaps attached to the people printer as a secondary function, that when triggered causes some cataclysmic event that garuntees final base death at quick speed. Perhaps it is as simple as blowing up in a big kaboom, maybe the printer becomes a black hole that rapidly empties the entire area of all atmosphere, or goodness knows what else.
