Mechanical Airlock Have Manual Option

I like to run my lines through the airlocks and currently there's no way to cut the power to them while still connected to the grid. I just had a game where I wanted to cut down on using energy and was forced to disassemble the connections to the mechanical airlocks along with rerouting the grid to still keep what I needed functioning.

EDIT: I just noticed the "Disable Build" build button, so I guess that's what its suppose to do what I suggested.
