CO2 dillution fans as an early-ish item

there should be c02 dilution fans which will basically help spread CO2 around a bit more so that it doesn't condense at the bottom of your building, but instead mixes with the oxygen, but in the same breath (haha jokes), the fans should require a decent amount of power (about how much an algae -> oxygen machine uses) and somewhat chill the air around it (wind chill).

i just kind of thought of this as a possibility based off of how co2 in our own atmosphere works (the reason we don't all suffocate is because wind mixes o2 and c02)
