Produce algae

It would be good if you could grow algae on your own.

I did read on the forum that algae is supposed to help you out at the start until you can produce oxygen in an other way. But it would still be nice to have other alternatives once you run out of algae.

I'd love to see Algae be a relatively inefficient, but farmable resource.

Unfortunately, doing anything but directly burning it in the diffuser is just too water-intensive to be viable late game (cycle 40+).
