Some examples include: 1) Character with +4 cooking skill has "refuses to cook" as negative trait. Maybe put those skill points into another trait instead. Feels like a shame to waste those points. 2) An artist who has -5 decor expectations. I think an artist would have high decor expectations. Those are a couple I noticed right away.
