I know you can shuffle to get level ones but I'd like it if you could just start all of them that way. It takes a while to shuffle them. In the end, I feel that we should be able to customize our 3 starting dupes with any traits and stats we want within reason (shuffle option with an option to allocate +5 total stats?).
