Character mod port from DST to DS?

Seen threads and the guide mentioning the other way around, but not this way. Google didn't help either as it just found me threads where no one gave a real answer, saying stuff like "ask the mod creator"... Well, I am the mod creator... sort of. My very basic knowledge I got from guides here allowed me to do enough to modify a character mod I liked for the most part and change it into something I loved completely. As you can see in the comments, I got a request to upload the mod for normal DS, but as my knowledge of modding for DS and DST is very basic I have no idea what to do to get that done or if it would be more effort than it's worth, considering this is the first time someone has asked for it in all the time it's been up.

 

I also lack the newest DLC for DS, but since this character doesn't use anything from that DLC as DST does not have it, it should be fine maybe?
