[SOLVED] Need help with a few difficult things

I need some help making a character (I already have her artwork done, and I've made basic characters before); I want to make Sakura Haruno from Naruto and I really want to go into detail with her, but I'm not sure how to go about coding some things.

Here's what I need help coding into the character: 

• A new meter; Chakra meter.
• An action to heal other players (it costs a significant amount of chakra).

If it's possible, I'd also like to have it where the chakra meter only replenishes if the player sleeps in a tent. 

I'm not good at coding at all, so I have no idea how to go about making these things work. Any help at all would be much appreciated. ^^

I tried to use Asuna's Healing Wand as a base for my own character, but it doesn't seem to work anymore (it tries to cast the healing spell, but the character just says "I can't do that" and gives up) and I'm not good at coding at all so I don't even know where to begin with trying to fix it. ੨( ･᷄ ︵･᷅ )ｼ
