(need help)About steam mod_tool question

I have been install the mod_tool,I want use it to create zip file(mod's anim),I have create .scml files,anim folders,anim .png files.but when I boot the don't starve game,the autocompiler.exe just flash once.No files added.

About folder setting：

/anim

          /sok                files：sok.png

         /swap_sok      files：swap_sok.png

sok.scml

swap_sok.scml

 

Something wrong？
