I think this post was underrated, honestly, so I'm rehashing it for DST:

Charlie appearing when insane - This one was pretty cool, better still in DST where nobody else sees her.

With Wilson: "I'm sorry."

With Maxwell: "Say, pal..."

Etc.

 

Meat Effigies walking around by themselves - This would be nifty, but nothing special.

 

Trees talking - I like this one, especially with Woodie.

"Cut me! CUT ME!"

Would be cool if Lucy talked back to them.

 

Maniacal laughs - Perhaps a womanly laugh (Charlie) could play when insane occasionally. Or even just her sound files.

 

Collapsing from insanity - This one seemed inspired by the Sims, and might be a little difficult. Perhaps you could collapse if insane for too long, effectively sleeping without the benefit for a few seconds, then becoming groggy.
