Vargling
Beehive - Spawns normal bees. Large Beehive - Spawns normal bees, and grumble bees when hit. Giant Beehive - Spawns Grumble Bees that make new hives in the vicinity (Euede's suggestion) There can be only one Giant Beehive, and thus only one Bee Queen. But Beehives becoming Larger and spawning Grumble Bees would be cool. This would completely overpopulate the world with bees and trying to get rid of them would be difficult because they would keep spreading and people would only kill the Bee Queen for the Royal Jelly Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/72007-beehives-working-more-like-spider-nests/#findComment-842001 Share on other sites

So yes, it would be hard to get rid of them. They actually become renewable and that's... bad? The Bee Queen makes honeycomb renewable so there is no benefit to having renewable beehives Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/72007-beehives-working-more-like-spider-nests/#findComment-842005 Share on other sites

As well as stingers, it makes actual bees renewable. - Beeboxes are nothing without bees, so honeycomb won't help.
