Server suddenly doesnt work?

So I had a dedicated server. It was working fine and whatnot. Until suddenly, it wasnt.

I shutdown the server when I was done playing, and the next day when I tried to start it, it will not do it. My Caves server can't connect to the Master all of a sudden. I checked and the preconfigured server thing that I run the BAT from was out of date, so I updated it. Still doesnt work. I get this error in the Master server:

[SHARD] Starting mater server

[Warning] Failed to initialize, ignoring IsPortOpen request

[Error] Shard mode failed to start!

Unhanded exception during shard mode startup: RakNet UDP startup failed : SOCKED_PORT_ALREADY_IN_USE (5)

 

but I ran netstat and I made sure all my ports that I selected were not being used. And I dont understand why it would just suddenly stop working. Does anyone have any ideas?

 I figured it out. I recently swapped my hard drive into another computer, so even though the ports were open the IP address was different. I'm an idiot.
