I've just finished the first season and the rainy one where hail drops and now i'm at Day 36 and still haven't encountered a boss... not that i'm complaining but it is getting boring that the only thing i have to worry about atm is thunder/rain/hounds. Not related to any specific seasons are: Tiger Shark & Quacken. But if you want to meet him - sail at some distance around your base-island at day 30 - this should increase chances of meeting him.
