Teleportato

So me and some friends are playing don't starve together together and have explored our whole world. As a result its getting a little boring some resources are becoming a little more scarce. Since there isn't anything currently in the multiplayer game that functions like the teleportato does in the single player don't starve where you can take your inventory, all your known "blueprints" and all your pre-built buildings to a fresh world I'm wondering if anyone can help me do a little bit of copy pasting of files to get the same effect. 

Does anybody know which files I would need to transfer from my Klei/DoNotStarveTogether/Cluster_1 and client_save folder to have my character from that world be in my Cluster_2 world?

Or perhaps it would be easier to do it the other way around, take the files from the second fresh world in Cluster_2 and move them into Cluster_1 where my character is.

Whilst I have no idea how to change worlds and such, next time you host you should use THIS MOD which basically adds the function of the teleportato back to multiplayer, and it works perfectly fine!

Thanks a bunch! Wasn't aware that THIS MOD was a thing but it was exactly what i was looking for. Took a bit to make it work for my current world since the command that they said would make the world jump didn't work. Ended up having to do some console commands (c_spawn("teleportato_ring", 1)etc..) but made it into my next world with all my stuff.
