I found out that when shipwrecked is applied, inst.components.combat.damagemultiplier = 1.25 does not work at all.

looks like klei did something so it doesn't work anymore for shipwrecked

so i tried inst.components.combat:AddDamageModifier("name_bonus", 0.25) and it worked well on shipwrecked

however, when shipwrecked is turned off, the mod crashes. how can i make a character having damage multiplier which works well with shipwrecked

and without shipwrecked
