DirtyFrog Posted October 25, 2016 Share Posted October 25, 2016 Hi Klei, I'm having an issue with the Meepsack code I got when I purchased my Mandrake plush from the Klei store (I didn't even think I'd get the code when I purchased it; thanks!). I tried the redeem the code in-game, but I'm getting a message that says it's not correct. I've triple checked it and I can't see anything wrong with the code I'm inputting... I'm even adding the "-" marks between the characters (seems to be required). All I get is a message saying "Are you sure it's correct" or something to that effect. Is the Meepsack available on the PS4 version of the game yet? If so, could you help me figure out my issue. Developer CharlesB Posted October 25, 2016 Developer Share Posted October 25, 2016 Hi DirtyFrog. Due to an oversight some of the item codes didn't get activated but they should be usable now. Can you try redeeming your Meepsack again? You're right to include the dashes, they're required in the PS4 codes. Enter the entire code exactly as you see it on the card. Also remember that each item code can only be redeemed once. Choose wisely if you have DST on both PS4 and Steam. Unfortunately, I'm getting a message saying "Sorry, it looks like the server's not answering right now. Please try again later..."
