How to deal with the Lan connect in different Ip section which both in a big Lan?

Hello everybody, I have a problem in DST dedicated server like this:

I run a server in CentOS in a local network.

I and my friends are both in a big Lan(school Lan)， for example: IP 10.108.*.*

but we are in different Lan respective.

Server IP:

IP : 10.108.112.237 mask:255.255.252.0

My Friends:

IP :10.108.121.78 mask:255.255.252.0

Of course the IP is only in B type subnetwork

Can any one have method to deal with the connect between this two IP.

It is easy can see that the two IP is in different network section. But we are all in the school lan. And can connect with each other in windows remote desktop connect .
