Andmann
I currently have a bit of trouble =D apparently I got something wrong. now I'm wondering: what do I achieve from doing a "if world.ismastersim" check? In my naivity I assumed this would refer to the master shard. Well apparently that is not the case cause one of the critical parts of the code gets exectuted by the cave as well D: and thus when I order a write to file it is either done twice and the two servers will overwrite each other or one of the two servers gets stuck cause of trying to open a file thats currently in use... >_> - neither is a very good thing for me =D so is there any way to check whether the world I'm referring to is the master shard ? If yes , how? <3 Edited August 7, 2016 by Andmann
DarkXero
TheWorld:HasTag("cave") -- then it's a cave TheWorld:HasTag("forest") -- then it's a forest TheWorld.ismastersim -- then it's the master simulation TheWorld.ismastershard -- then it's the master shard
