Windwalker
I used the extended sample character to try and create my own character, and this character needed some changes that I made in spriter (Had to move the torso, face, and made different tails for side and back view, and made the shock animations for those too). I build the mod and everything, and when I get into the game, it turns into this: Spoiler It is supposed to look like this: Spoiler I have tried editing the scml, the build.xml, and the animation.xml, and nothing happened. I also tried to use the scml.exe, though I don't know if I either did it improperly or it flat out didn't work either. What am I doing wrong? Am I not using scml properly? Is there something I'm missing? I will put a zip of the mod if requested. Edited July 27, 2016 by Windwalker

You don't touch the scml. You touch the images, only.
