I'm working on the perks for a character and I'd like them to have a perk where all food they eat is stale (yellow quality), but looking at the tables for food it seems to work on a category basis, with 

hunger = TUNING.CALORIES_LARGE,

instead of a fixed numerical value, would there be anyway of creating this perk with this system?

 

Looking through some more stuff, could Wickerbottoms perk perhaps be modified so that fresh food gives the  2/3's hunger the stale food normally gives?
