Shards Error Can't Connect to Master

Help I got the same problem again but I forgot how to fix it anyone help!

Is that the whole master's server_log.txt? Because it hasn't even started to load the world yet, thus the caves server indeed couldn't connect to it.

Also, there is [00:00:03]: ERROR: Failed to load modoverrides.lua.
